Overview Vistar Media is the home of out-of-home (OOH). As a global ad tech company and the world's largest digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising marketplace, we offer technology designed to make buying and selling OOH media easier. The Technical Analyst, Supply Operations, APAC is based in Sydney and provides technical support for Vistar’s marketplace offering across APAC. The role requires strong organizational skills to ensure partners get the most out of Vistar’s products and services, delivering a high-quality customer support experience while sharing product feedback and reporting issues to internal teams. As of January 2025, Vistar Media was acquired by T-Mobile and is now part of T-Mobile Advertising Solutions. By combining our DOOH expertise with T-Mobile’s customer insights and omnichannel capabilities, we’re creating opportunities to innovate at scale in out-of-home media. What You’ll Do Become an expert in Vistar’s products and services Act as first line of support for debugging issues and provide technical support to clients and internal team members Own all platform support enquiries that come through via Zendesk and maintain SLAs for response times, escalating to engineering as required Support enquiries include, but are not limited to: Platform questions Troubleshooting issues from media owners, DSPs and campaigns Ad hoc enquiries Identify and implement improvements to processes and documentation Communicate client feedback, product usage, and software issues to relevant teams such as Product and Engineering What Experience We’re Looking For 3-5 years of technical support experience Basic understanding of web technologies Experience supporting software products Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field Programmatic advertising operations experience is a plus Who You Are Highly skilled in problem solving and troubleshooting Excellent communication and time management skills, and ability to multi-task across multiple projects and stakeholders Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments Positive attitude and passionate about their work Self-driven and able to work independently If you’re ambitious, highly driven, and interested in making an impact, Vistar is the place for you.
