About the Role Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you'll be the go-to expert for internal and external communications across the Craveable Brands group. This role is all about engaging internal teams through creative communication plans, leadership content, and initiatives that promote a fun, inclusive culture. You'll also manage media inquiries and partner with PR agencies when needed. This specialist position is critical to ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with our values and culture. NB : Full or part-time work options available Contract Duration: 10 Months Fixed Term Key Activities Include Strategic Communications & Corporate Affairs Manage internal and external communication channels to ensure consistent messaging. Cultivate relationships with media outlets, stakeholders, and industry influencers. Monitor and analyse media coverage and industry trends to inform communication strategies. Act as a spokesperson for the company, addressing media inquiries and public relations issues. Monitor social media channels (LinkedIn), curating and creating content for brand pages. Internal Engagement & Brand Advocacy Drive employee engagement through effective internal communication initiatives. Develop and deliver communications and stakeholder engagement plans that reinforce our Purpose, Vision and Values. Support the Chief People Officer and senior executives with internal communications, including town halls and business updates. Support with internal events and engagement activities across the Restaurant Support Centre. Leadership Support & Crisis Management Provide strategic content and presentations for senior leaders' external speaking engagements. Liaise with external agencies and manage crisis communications as required. Review strategic communication to ensure consistency of narrative and themes. About You Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field. Proven experience in corporate communications, including strategic planning and execution. Strong written and verbal communication skills with crisis management capability. Familiarity with digital communication tools and social media platforms. Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a corporate or large-scale organisational environment. Exposure to enterprise-level digital communication platforms. Previous experience managing multi-channel campaigns. We offer Summer Working Hours so you can make the most of the warmer weather.
