Overview Quarry Materials Testing Laboratory Manager/Laboratory Supervisor – Toowoomba. Lead a laboratory team that supports the Quarry division of Wagners, uphold quality assurance measures, and adhere to standards to ensure product integrity and procedure compliance. Responsibilities Lead a team of laboratory technicians, and support them throughout their duties including planning tasks Ensure compliance with ISO9001 & ISO17025 requirements Coordinate laboratory workload and training Undertake laboratory administration and reporting to a high standard Demonstrated Skills And Experience Prioritise safety, integrity, environment and quality when completing testing Experience in a similar position within the construction materials industry Experience leading others or experience working in productive teams, with a passion to begin leading Excellent attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement Employee Benefits Positive workplace culture where we pride ourselves on a culture of diversity, inclusiveness, community support and strong family values.
