Overview Sandvik Mining Customer Sales Service Representative – Milton, Brisbane Join our dynamic team at the forefront of customer engagement Located in Milton, Brisbane, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to assist customers with Sandvik parts orders and quotations, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and operational success. The Customer Support Team is a flexible group with a hybrid home and office arrangement that allows for 2 days per week from home. A working-from-home setup is provided (laptop, monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse, internet dongle) to support success. Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing calls and manage email correspondence to support your allocated customer base. Be the go-to person for customers’ parts orders and quotations and help ensure daily operations run smoothly. Investigate and resolve delivery and order inaccuracies, drawing on demonstrated problem-solving skills. Maintain information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and work within various e-commerce systems to handle transactions between Sandvik and customers. Engage with a diverse global supply chain network due to Sandvik’s international operations. To be successful, you need to have A dedication to customer service with at least two years of experience in customer-focused roles (e.g., telecommunications, insurance, retail, hospitality, or similar). A strong work ethic characterized by honesty, professionalism, and integrity; ability to thrive in a team environment with flexibility and change readiness; excellent communication skills; collaborative spirit; ability to work independently; positive, proactive attitude. Excellent phone manner and a can-do attitude. Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and aptitude for technology; familiarity with multiple computer systems is essential. Availability for a permanent role with flexibility around start and finish times to cover time zones from New Zealand to Western Australia.
