Position Overview We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist and Office Administrator to join our Sanctuary Cove office on the Gold Coast. As the first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional first impression and upholding the high standards of the Gallery Group brand. Key Responsibilities Front Desk Operations Warmly greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Manage all incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently. Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing reception area. Administrative Support Provide general administrative assistance to internal departments. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and calendars for executives. Assist with monitoring and replenishing office supplies and inventory. Client Relations Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Communicate with a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion. Event Coordination Support the planning and coordination of company events and functions. Assist with organising meetings, conferences, and internal gatherings. Previous Experience and Qualifications Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front-facing customer service role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional presentation and exceptional interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
