We are seeking teachers to fulfil the following allotments in 2026. TEACHING ROLES: Notre Dame Campus (NDC), Point Cook: Vocational Major (Literacy and Work Related Skills) and Humanities Media and Technology Physical Education, with the ability to teach Sport and Recreation an advantage Science with VCE Biology Science with VCE Chemistry Junior and Senior English Junior Maths. This load would suit a graduate teacher St. Pauls Campus (SPC), Altona North: Maths and Science including Methods Units 3/4 Health and Physical Education including Sport and Recreation Art Economics OTHER ROLES: Careers Counsellor- Time provided alongside a teaching allotment (NDC and SPC) VCE Chief Exam Supervisor (Casual) (NDC) All applications must include the following: Completed application form An up-to-date CV A cover letter of introduction outlining your suitability to join our community (no longer than two pages) Contact details of two referees Emmanuel College is an integral part of the faith community of Laverton. About our school: Emmanuel College is vastly increasing in student numbers. We are a two campus College, our St Paul’s single sex boys Campus located in Altona North and our co-educational campus located in Point Cook. They must also have excellent classroom management skills and have a commitment to the ethos of Catholic Education and contemporary pedagogues. Salary: Based on experience in accordance with the Teacher scale of the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 (CEMEA). Position Description: Please refer below for the position description. Skills/Experience required: Bachelor of Education or relevant tertiary qualification. A strong commitment to Catholic education. An ability to develop and maintain professional and caring relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. An ability to create an engaging, educational, and challenging learning environment that caters for the needs of all students. An eagerness to learn. An enthusiasm to implement a differentiated curriculum and use modern technology to support student learning. Special Requirements: Emmanuel College promotes the safety, well-being, and inclusion of all children; therefore, the successful applicant must demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to providing a safe environment for children. The successful applicant will hold the Victorian Institute of Teaching registration. Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school is preferred.
