What You'll Do Provide person‑centred care and support customers to enjoy community activities such as coffee catch‑ups, shopping, classes, movies, and appointments. Encourage independence and social connection. Assist with daily living needs such as personal care, meal planning, and light domestic tasks. Drive wheelchair‑accessible vans (training provided). Keep progress notes to help us provide exceptional care. About You Passionate about helping people thrive in their community. Adaptable communicator with a person‑centred approach. Comfortable driving wheelchair‑accessible vans. Certificate III or IV in a caring discipline is highly regarded. Have or be willing to obtain required checks (National Police Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver's Licence). Availability We ask for availability across at least 3 weekdays , with full‑day availability between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM . To Apply Ready to make a real impact?
