Join one of Adelaide’s newest coastal venues and be part of a growing team. About the Role Fort Largs is seeking experienced Bartenders to join our team as we head into a busy season. This role suits someone who enjoys a fast‑paced, positive environment and takes pride in delivering great drinks and friendly service. You’ll prepare classic cocktails, pour beverages with confidence, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our locals and visitors. With ocean views right from the bar, it’s one of the best work environments on the Lefevre Peninsula. What You’ll Be Doing Preparing and serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages Making classic cocktails and knowing the basics of wine and spirits Greeting customers and providing friendly, attentive service Maintaining a clean, organised bar area Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions Working collaboratively with the front‑of‑house team Ensuring RSA and venue standards are always upheld What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years’ bar experience Strong basic cocktail knowledge Basic wine knowledge and confidence with pours A positive, genuine customer‑focused attitude Reliability — you show up and do your best Ability to work nights and weekends as required Current RSA certificate Current Responsible Person certificate (or willingness to obtain) Why Join Us?
