Benefits Above award wages Free gym membership (including aquatics and athletics track) Free coffee and soft drink Roster 4 weeks in advance Additional week of annual leave for working 30 Sundays/Public holidays each year Scholarship program up to $1,500 per person to support your leadership development A great culture with a supportive leadership team Diverse career pathway opportunities Responsibilities Be the captain of the ship, leading the team ensuring shifts move smoothly and constructively Maintaining rosters and run sheets, ensuring adequate coverage and efficiency Collaborating with the food and beverage manager to optimize efficiency, workflow and financial performance You will provide leadership and direction to the team to ensure we are delivering exceptional customer service Creating and managing team rosters, ensuring adequate coverage and proficiency Bringing genuine relationships with members and guests Coordinate restaurant bookings and functions Be the essential communication link between the kitchen, front of house team and customers Responding appropriately to customer feedback and enquiries Qualifications Minimum two years’ experience managing a restaurant, in leadership or equivalent Experience leading and mentoring a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure Flexible and adaptable nature as split shifts, nights, weekends, and public holidays will be required A friendly, energetic, and upbeat personality RSA and RCG (must be willing to obtain if you do not yet have one) An understanding of restaurant profitability and budgets #J-18808-Ljbffr
