About Our Client Our client is a small specialist consultancy within the Transport & Distribution industry, known for its commitment to delivering innovative and high-quality traffic engineering solutions. Job Description Design and implement traffic management plans and strategies. Conduct traffic and transport analysis to support project development. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Provide technical guidance and expertise in traffic engineering. Prepare and present detailed reports and documentation. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of traffic solutions. Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the engineering team. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Traffic Engineer should have : A degree in Civil or Traffic Engineering or a related field. RPEQ certified 3-5 years local experience in traffic management and engineering design. Proficiency in traffic modelling and analysis software. Thorough understanding of Australian traffic regulations and standards. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery. Applicants MUST be based in SouthEast Queensland, with a strong local network.
