Full Time Maintenance Assistant - Beachfront Resort Seahaven Noosa, a premier beachfront resort nestled in Hastings Street, is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Full-Time Maintenance Assistant. With 42 luxurious Beachfront Apartments and 5 pristine pools, Seahaven Noosa Resort is synonymous with excellence and relaxation. Responsibilities Reporting to the Maintenance Manager: Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of the resort facilities. Daily Setup of Resort Common Areas: Take charge of setting up common areas, including the cleaning of pools and BBQ areas, to maintain a pristine and inviting environment for our guests. Pool Maintenance and Chemical Balancing: Regularly inspect and maintain pools, ensuring optimal chemical balance for the safety and enjoyment of our guests. Room Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance checks and perform necessary repairs to guest rooms, ensuring a comfortable and functional experience for all visitors. Requirements Full-time availability, including weekends, as per the demands of the hospitality industry. Ability to work autonomously and efficiently. Keen attention to detail to uphold the high standards of Seahaven Noosa Resort. Proficiency in troubleshooting maintenance issues and performing basic handyman repairs. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous. Competitive wage at Level 3 of the HIGA Award. Free onsite parking in our secured car park.
