As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our site team and play a key role in keeping our equipment running safely, reliably and effectively. What We Offer: 8:6 Day shift – 7:7 Night shift - FIFO roster from Perth Competitive salary + 12% superannuation paid on all hours Supportive team culture where your input is valued Career growth opportunities within a developing operation About the Role: As Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee maintenance tasks on site, coordinating work, supporting the team, and ensuring equipment remains operational and safe. Responsibilities: Leading, mentoring and supervising maintenance trades onsite Ensuring compliance with site procedures, safety standards and statutory requirements Coordinating preventative, scheduled and reactive maintenance activities Maintaining maintenance logs and ordering parts Allocating work orders and maintaining maintenance records in the system Supporting shutdowns and breakdown repairs to minimise downtime Contributing to improvement and equipment reliability initiatives Working collaboratively with operations, engineering and contractor teams What we’re looking for: Prior experience in the same or similar maintenance leadership role Strong understanding of mobile plant maintenance Schedule 26 appointment (mandatory requirement ) Pronto experience (highly desirable ) Confident leader with the ability to get the best out of your team Excellent troubleshooting and organisational skills All successful candidates will be required to undertake a pre‑employment medical including alcohol and drug screening.
