The role will support Managers to optimise their workforce, continuously improve resident experience and ensure both clinical and non-clinical compliance.### We are looking for someone who has:* ### Experience in senior leadership roles in aged care.* ### A track record of leading diverse teams, with a proven ability to lead change and improvement in a complex environment.* ### Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.* ### Outstanding customer service and a customer-first approach.* ### Strong commercial acumen.* ### Advanced knowledge and understanding of quantitative data and qualitative data, coupled with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.* ### Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic operational plans, with a track record of driving compliance.* ### Knowledge and understanding of funding, health/aged care national policy and regulations.As one of the largest and fastest growing aged care providers in Australia, we need exceptional people to join us on our journey of providing high quality person centred aged care and services.
