About the Role At Sportsbet, we move fast, think big, and make bold moves. The Program Analyst will play a key role in keeping some of our most strategic programs on track—ensuring every milestone, dollar, and data point counts. This is your chance to combine sharp analytical skills with real impact in a team that thrives on collaboration, curiosity, and a touch of competitive spirit. What You’ll Be Doing Keep our Plan-on-a-Page accurate and up to date—tracking milestones, dependencies, and actions. Monitor progress, highlight risks, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through BI tools and dashboards. Support program governance and ensure all documentation is audit‑ready. Track budgets, forecast spend, and keep financials squeaky clean. Partner with program and finance leaders to drive smarter, faster, more informed decisions. What We’re Looking For Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and BI tool experience (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Working knowledge of Jira for data extraction and reporting. Ability to simplify complexity and present insights with clarity and confidence. Experience in PMO or program governance environments. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, Data Analytics, or similar. Certifications like PRINCE2 or PMP? Nice to have, but not essential—we’re more interested in your mindset and momentum.
