Practice Nurse

Job Summary We are currently seeking a highly motivated and professional EN or RN to join our team in a permanent part-time capacity. The ideal candidate will be caring, well-organised, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. This role involves all aspects of general practice nursing, supporting our patients, doctors, and the broader team. Essential Criteria Current Registration as an EN or RN Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. Current National Police Clearance. Current First-Aid Certificate Key Responsibilities Perform adult & childhood immunisations Manage wound care, ensuring best practices and patient comfort. Oversee chronic health management, providing consistent and thorough care. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records. Deliver compassionate patient care, prioritising their well-being and health. Adapt to changing circumstances with a positive, can-do attitude. Strive for continuous improvement and high standards in patient care. Desirable Skills (Not Essential) Previous Practice Nurse experience. Immunisation Accreditation certification. Knowledge of Best Practice software. COVID-19 vaccination training. Experience in Chronic Disease Management. Experience conducting Pre-Employment Medicals.
