A core division of DBG Health, Independent Pharmacies of Australia (IPA) is one of Australia’s largest independent pharmacy networks, proudly supporting over 1,000 community pharmacies for more than 20 years. IPA empowers independent pharmacies through innovative services, tailored support, and a focus on customer experience, creating a win‑win for consumers, member pharmacies, and suppliers. To be successful, you will need to demonstrate: Senior leadership experience in merchandising, retail, FMCG or pharmacy with a clear record of commercial delivery. Strong supplier engagement and negotiation skills, supported by sound analytical and commercial judgement. Experience leading integrated B2C marketing programs across multiple channels. The capability to align teams in a shared services environment and deliver coordinated merchandise and marketing execution. This is a rare opportunity to influence the merchandise and consumer marketing agenda of a nationally significant organisation. Working directly with the Founder Managing Director, you will lead programs that strengthen commercial performance, elevate brand presence and enhance the experience of more than a thousand independent pharmacy members.
