The position: The College is seeking experienced and dedicated Inclusion Support Educators to join our Early Learning Communities. The successful applicants will work closely with the Lead Educator to provide inclusive support tailored to individual children, fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment. We have two positions available across our campuses, commencing January 2026. The first position is a 12 month contract within ourKindy program at our Reedy Creek campus, requiring availabilityfive days per week, from8:30am to 3:00pm. The second position is a 12 month contract within ourPre-Kindy program at our Mudgeeraba campus, requiring availabilitythree days per week, from 8:30am to 3:00pm, with the possibility of increasing to four days. Both roles are ideally suited to candidates with aDiploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)andat least two years of experience as an inclusion educator.
