Catering Attendant - Holiday Casuals dnata Adelaide Airport, South Australia, Australia Help us cater to busy holiday flights whilst earning some pocket money Holiday Casual throughout our busy months of Nov, Dec and Jan – 3-MONTH CASUAL CONTRACT. NOW TAKING REGISTRATIONS OF INTEREST . In a Nutshell, Your Main Responsibilities Are Food handling, plating meals, and meal tray set, ensuring presentation specifications are met using our visual guides. Stocking airline carts with dry store items, including equipment, packaged snacks, and beverages. Loading and unloading our wash lines, ensuring that all cutlery, crockery, and glassware are in perfect condition. Compliance with food safety and hazard guidelines, and adherence to strict hygiene standards and cleaning schedules. Communicate and coordinate with team members to ensure delivery timelines are met for each flight. What do you need to be successful in securing this role? Must be min 16 years of age. Strong attention to detail, good communication skills. Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time, as well as move and lift items. Ability to work a variety of shifts across a 7‑day roster. Neat and tidy presentation. Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene (desired but not essential). Basic food prep and knife skills (desired but not essential). Access to your own reliable mode of transport. As you will be working in the Aviation Services industry, you will be required to obtain a clear National Police Check – at our cost.
