Conduct industry analysis to gain insight into markets and competitors. Engage and onboard for new/exiting big and/or popular bill payment. Write test plan, define test scope and perform end-to-end testing to ensure the quality of the card; also end user deliveries. Manage digital channel products/services profitability and growth (Card, Bill Payment, Digital Partnership and Card Alliance). Work directly with the Banks and IT Teams (Network, Infrastructure, Core-Banking) to provide functional support for their day-to-day digital channel service operation.
