Liquor Team Member - BWS Rosebud Drive Endeavour Group is looking for enthusiastic team members to join the BWS Liquor team in Rosebud Drive. About the Role You will be the face of BWS, sharing your passion for our wide range of beers, wines, spirits, and zero‑alcohol options. The role involves creating memorable customer experiences, maintaining store stock and presentation, and upholding all service‑of‑alcohol guidelines. Responsibilities Engage with customers to create memorable moments through product knowledge and passion. Promote BWS loyalty programs and highlight product benefits. Ensure shelves are fully stocked to meet customer demand. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers and teammates. Adhere to service‑of‑alcohol policies and company standards. Be authentic and bring your unique personality to the team, encouraging a positive workplace culture. Qualifications & Requirements Excellent verbal communication skills with a genuine, friendly customer orientation. Flexible schedule – able to work days, evenings, weekends and public holidays. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Willingness to learn and expand product knowledge through ongoing training. Passionate about personal growth and open to career advancement within Endeavour Group. Physical ability to perform routine tasks such as walking, standing and lifting products.
