About the role We're looking for a Consultant – First Nations Talent to join our People & Culture team. You'll support teams across Origin to attract and retain Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander talent, helping leaders make decisions that build a strong and future‑ready workforce. Responsibilities Helping to attract and support First Nations talent across a range of roles — from early careers through to senior positions. Providing hands‑on support to First Nations candidates throughout their recruitment journey, including sourcing, engagement, interviewing and onboarding. Working with leaders to build their confidence and capability in making culturally informed hiring decisions. Partnering across People & Culture to understand workforce needs and find opportunities to improve the experience for candidates and leaders. About you You bring cultural knowledge, lived experience and a passion for supporting mob into meaningful employment. You will also have Experience working in recruitment, talent, workforce support or another area where you've helped match people to opportunities. Confidence engaging and building relationships with First Nations candidates, communities and stakeholders. The ability to connect with people from different backgrounds and build trust with both internal teams and external partners.
