Position Description: In this role, you will: Assess and treat a wide range of foot conditions, including those related to diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, and peripheral vascular disease. Provide education to patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and disability management. Collaborate with specialists to develop comprehensive care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients. This role includes outreach travel with occasional overnight stays to surrounding communities. All work-related travel expenses are subsidised. About You Has a passion for chronic disease management and patient-centered care. Is able to make independent clinical decisions and problem-solve effectively. Demonstrates excellent time management and adaptability. Works well within a team and communicates effectively with both patients and colleagues. For those relocating to the area, the organisation will provide initial shared housing to support your move and help you get settled; with an ongoing rental subsidy provided once you settle into your own accommodation Why join this team? Qualifications & Experience Current registration with AHPRA, or eligibility to obtain registration. A current, unrestricted 'C' class Australian Driver's License.
