Prosmile Design was founded in 2023 to provide high-quality aesthetic cases to dentists all over the world. Our clients include some of the best dentists worldwide, and we are known for producing high-end aesthetic. We have grown to a team of 24 staff members, in our new modern facility. Qualifications & experience Qualifications Minimum 3+ years experience as a dental ceramist, ideally in aesthetic or anterior work. Strong understanding of ceramic layering, staining, glazing, and natural tooth morphology. Proven ability to assess shade, translucency, texture, and anatomical accuracy. Solid knowledge of occlusion principles, contacts, and functional harmony. Experience working in a fast-paced dental laboratory environment. High-level visual and colour-matching skills. Ability to maintain consistency and accuracy across high-volume case flow. A portfolio showcasing high-quality ceramic work (preferred). Tasks & responsibilities Inspect, evaluate, and approve ceramic restorations before dispatch. Check shade accuracy, surface texture, morphology, contacts, occlusion, and overall aesthetic quality. Ensure restorations meet ProSmile’s strict aesthetic and functional standards. Identify issues early and communicate clearly with the team for corrections. Work closely with ceramists, designers, and managers to maintain consistent quality across high-volume work. Provide feedback and support to help elevate team-wide standards. Manage QC workflow to keep production smooth and efficient. Work with one of the fastest-growing aesthetic labs in Australia. High-level involvement in premium anterior and cosmetic cases.
