About the Role As the Logistics Coordinator , you’re the calm, steady heartbeat behind the scenes — the person who ensures every fabric roll, every trim, and every finished garment moves through the supply chain smoothly and on time. This role blends hands‑on logistics with big‑picture coordination, and it’s perfect for someone who thrives on precision, momentum, and making things happen. In this role, you will: Coordinate global inbound shipments — from fabrics and trims to couture gowns — ensuring everything arrives on time and in perfect condition. Work closely with DHL and our logistics partners to keep freight moving and maintain full visibility of all incoming goods. Take ownership of stock operations across bridal, couture, and RTW, keeping accuracy and organisation at the highest standard. Lead cycle counts and inventory processes with the Head of Operations, ensuring stock integrity across all categories. Manage inventory settings like safety stock, minimums, and reorder points to keep production flowing smoothly. Oversee all outbound dispatch — wholesale, eCommerce, and direct‑to‑client — ensuring orders leave on time and beautifully prepared. Build strong relationships with freight, postal, and courier partners to maintain exceptional service levels. Keep a close eye on global freight performance, landed costs, and the efficiency of shipping modes. Manage import/export duties and taxes across international markets. Spot bottlenecks or inefficiencies and collaborate on ways to elevate processes and operational flow. Support and guide the Inbound Coordinator to ensure daily logistics run like clockwork. About You You’re organised, curious, fast on your feet, and genuinely love the rhythm of logistics. You enjoy being the person the team can rely on — the one who keeps everything moving with accuracy, confidence, and a solutions‑first mindset. At least 1 year experience in logistics, dispatch, operations, or a similar environment. A background in fulfilment and/or customer service. Knowledge of freight systems and strong Excel skills. Excellent attention to detail and time management. Clear, confident communication and a positive, proactive approach. The ability to work independently while staying connected and collaborative with the wider team.
