Description Right at Home North (South Morang) is looking for a female personal care worker (PCW) for immediate start. MUST BE HAPPY TO TRAVEL WITH OWN CAR. you will be providing care for every client's individual needs in the comfort of their own home. your assigned tasks and instructed by registered nurses in the client care plan. your responsibilities include. assisting clients with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing and toileting assisting clients with meal preparation providing companionship and emotional support driving clients to appointments and social activities house cleaning (vacuuming, mop, dust, laundry, bathrooms etc.) monitoring and reporting and changes in client's health and or wellbeing and promptly reporting to RN. Accurately and thoroughly documenting services provided into visual care app. we request you have: minimum 1 year experience in community care dementia care experience (preferred) cert III in aged care first aid and CPR police check NDIS screen check Working with children check driver's license and own care with comprehensive car insurance our services include, aged and disability care, community strengthening, transitional care and palliative care. we service clients of almost every age. our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independently at home. our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve. #J-18808-Ljbffr
