The primary goal of this role is to support and sustain critical applications, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability across Azure App Dev, Logic Apps, .NET, Azure Kubernetes and Azure API Management. Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain monitoring tools. Analyze performance data and provide timely resolution of incidents. Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure continuous availability and efficiency of applications. Participate in Agile sprints and stand‑up meetings, contributing to iterative improvements. Desired Experience Strong background in application support with experience supporting Azure Logic Apps, .NET Apps and API Management. Skills Excellent communication skills for technical and non‑technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form.
