What you’ll be doing As the Branch Manager Heavy Transport for Mammoet Australia, you will be a hands‑on leader responsible for managing the day‑to‑day operations and growth of our West Coast Heavy Transport Branch located in National River and overseeing all operations in WA. You will support and inspire our current team whilst also looking for strategic business development opportunities. Using your people skills to lead, persuade and influence Maintaining compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and standards Applying entrepreneurial and commercial thinking to achieve results Identify and promote business opportunities What you’ll need Over the road transport knowledge Strong safety leadership qualities Prior people management and leadership experience Strong commercial acumen and sales capability A passion for coaching and mentoring Professional level experience in people management, change management, department systems and MS Office suite Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining 5 years of relevant work experience Previous experience with key stakeholders including Main Roads and other industry bodies What you’ll get Access to Mammoet’s Employee Assistance Program Company provided car Promote our values of Love the Work, Take Care, perform as a Team, Results Count and Be responsible Join a team where you are an important member of a close‑knit community of professionals How to Apply If you feel this role is for you, please apply via the link provided in the job posting or email a copy of your CV to ***************@mammoet.com.
