Senior Clinical Research Associate 1 Join IQVIA as a Senior Clinical Research Associate in our FSP team and help drive innovation and excellence in clinical research. We are looking for a candidate who will ensure that study sites are compliant and thriving, contributing to groundbreaking advancements in healthcare. As a key player within the team, you will have the stability and resources of a leading global contract research organization while gaining direct experience with one of our customers. Required experience: a minimum of 4 years of independent on‑site monitoring. We cannot consider sponsorship for this role; only candidates with full work rights will be contacted. You will also be asked to complete a short video screening as part of the interview process. Essential Functions Engage in site visits from selection to close‑out to ensure study success. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to bring study subjects on board. Provide training and maintain robust communication channels to keep sites aligned and motivated. Evaluate and enhance site practices to ensure adherence to protocols and regulations. Monitor all aspects of the study, from regulatory submissions to data query resolutions, ensuring seamless execution. Maintain meticulous records and site documentation. Collaborate with a passionate team to support project execution and drive success. Manage site financials and ensure timely invoice retrieval. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline (preferred). At least 4 years of on‑site monitoring experience, with preference for oncology and haematology trials. Strong knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant technology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities. Effective time and financial management skills. Team player who can build and maintain strong relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
