As an innovation leader in the elevator and escalator industry, our award-winning products and solutions continue to push boundaries, rethinking how we use buildings for life, work and play.**Our work will take you in different directions.**We are currently recruiting a **Technical Sales Specialist** to join our **New Building Solutions** team in **Brisbane or Gold Coast, QLD**. This person will play a critical role in enabling the success of KONE’s regional sales teams by providing expert **technical and commercial solutions** aligned with customer needs.* Support the New Building Solutions Sales team to translate customer requirements into clear, optimised solutions that delivers value at every stage of the sales process* Provide content forpre-tender, covering technical solutions, technical drawings, cost estimates, lead times, risk assessments, and contractual verification* Attend customer meetings and address technical queries, when required* Support order finalisation and project booking, liaison with engineering on drawings issue and approval* Verify that all proposed solutions comply with local codes, regulations and safety standards, ensuring alignment with customer specifications* 5+ years engineering or technical sales background* Experience working in the elevator industry preferred but not necessary* Ability to read layouts, specifications and drawings* Highly motivated with ability to work as part of a team* Analytical minded with the ability to think outside the box* Career progression opportunities within a global organisation* Total reward elements that engage and motivate our employees and help us make KONE a great place to work* Comprehensive learning and development programs covering a wide range of professional skills* Excellent culture and supportive team**Note:** Applicants must either be a permanent resident or citizen of Australia or New Zealand to apply for this position.This role is being sourced directly by KONE.
