Scope Reporting to the Growth Marketing Lead, the Field Marketing Manager will design and deliver high-impact programs that fuel pipeline growth, strengthen customer and partner relationships, and drive revenue. Responsibilities Lead field marketing initiatives that drive pipeline growth. Create meaningful, high-impact field marketing experiences for RecordPoint customers and prospects. Develop and execute integrated field marketing strategies that accelerate opportunities and strengthen executive relationships. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to maximize reach and impact of account‑based marketing programs. Integrate partner-led events and campaigns into the regional marketing plan, ensuring mutual business value and scalability. Plan, launch, and manage account‑based marketing programs for priority accounts and segments. Extend field program reach through digital channels (email, paid media, social campaigns). Develop tailored assets and messaging with content and campaign teams. Coordinate impactful in‑person and virtual events, including trade shows, executive roundtables, and webinars. Lead community‑building initiatives and engage with partner and industry communities. Measure, analyze, and report on program impact, attributing results to pipeline, revenue, and ROI. What You Will Bring 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with expertise in field, demand generation, or event marketing. Proven success running integrated programs that drive pipeline and revenue. Strong knowledge of the B2B buying cycle and ability to tailor programs by funnel stage. Excellent project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities. Experience collaborating with enterprise sales teams and senior stakeholders. Clear and compelling communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency with marketing automation platforms.
