Chris Waller Racing Seeking Head Foreperson Chris Waller Racing, one of Australia’s most respected thoroughbred racing operations, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Head Foreperson to join our team at Warwick Farm. We offer a professional, supportive, and enjoyable work environment where high standards and teamwork are valued. Key Requirements: Proven reliability, professionalism and strong horsemanship Solid understanding of workplace health and safety, with consistent safe handling and equipment use Ability to lead, mentor and manage a team effectively At least 3 years’ full-time experience in a comparable role, or a minimum of 2 years’ highly relevant full-time industry experience Strong knowledge of thoroughbred training practices, routines and gear Ability to recognise injuries or concerns in horses and communicate them promptly to the trainer Practical understanding of equine treatments and medications Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to take and relay instructions accurately Practical horse-handling skills specific to the racing industry Basic computer skills for daily reporting and communication For more information or to apply, please email your resume to: *******@cwallerracing.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
