Are you an experienced project leader with a background in client-side building construction and a passion for delivering high-quality infrastructure outcomes Were looking for a Senior Project Manager to take the reins on complex projects and drive them from concept to completion. You’ll manage end-to-end project delivery with a focus on quality compliance stakeholder satisfaction and value-for-money outcomes. This is a strategic role where your leadership technical knowledge and business acumen will directly influence the success of major construction projects. Key Responsibilities Project Management Prepare comprehensive project management plans select delivery methodologies assess risks and manage lifecycle considerations. Ensure compliance with organizational policies approvals and WHS standards. Consultant Procurement & Management Prepare project briefs consultant tenders and terms of reference. Ensure design aligns with project intent statutory requirements and cost-effectiveness. Contractor Procurement & Delivery Develop tenders for traditional and D&C contracts aligned with Australian Standards. Act as Principals Representative and Contract Superintendent. Professional Expertise Draw on your experience in managing capital works and upgrades from a client-side perspective. Apply your knowledge of construction law industry practices and stakeholder roles. Business Acumen & Communication Prepare project reports manage stakeholders and achieve time / cost / quality targets. Track profitability manage approvals and maintain audit-ready documentation. Leadership Lead and mentor internal and external teams across multiple projects. Provide guidance and oversight to junior project managers. What You Bring Qualifications in building construction or a related field. Demonstrated experience in managing client-side construction projects. Strong understanding of procurement contract law and design / construction processes. Excellent communication reporting and stakeholder management skills. A collaborative solutions-focused mindset with the ability to lead by example.
