We are looking for a high energy, client facing individual to join our team in Malvern. Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse client portfolio, overseeing all accounting, tax, and financial reporting needs with excellence Prepare and review high-quality financial statements, tax returns, and management reports that drive client decision-making Deliver strategic tax planning and business advisory services that enhance clients' financial performance Build lasting client relationships through proactive communication, reliability, and expert financial guidance Coach and mentor junior accountants and support staff, fostering technical competency and professional development Maintain compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax legislation, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CA/CPA certification (preferred) 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with a strong focus on client management Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients.
