About the Role We are recruiting a Project Manager working on a 2 / 1 FIFO roster to lead and manage a long-term, remote, large-scale FRP / complex tunnel construction project in NSW. Key Responsibilities Delivery of the project by building a high-performing, safe and sustainable team to achieve project objectives. Determine construction methods, materials and quality standards, and draft and interpret specifications, drawings, plans, construction methods and procedures. Prepare and submit notifications to the Client / Principal Contractor as required. Organise, plan and manage direct site labour and ensure effective workforce planning. Monitor changes to designs, assess effects on cost, and measure, value and negotiate variations to designs in consultation with the Commercial team. Ensure strict compliance with contract notices and manage subcontractors in strict compliance with agreements. Build on and retain key interface relationships with Client, site team and Whittens leadership. Identify and support emerging leaders and facilitate upskilling and development plans. Track and produce accurate cost tracking data including holding weekly project reviews. About You Tertiary Qualifications in Civil or Structural Engineering – Preferred. At least 10 years of Project Management experience in a similar FIFO role with a Civil Contractor. Experience in large-scale FRP Infrastructure Projects ($50-$100M) – A must. Demonstrated experience in managing a direct self-perform workforce. Ability to communicate effectively. Superior time and priority management skills. Confidence in managing a range of different relationships throughout the business and on site with our client. Demonstrated Commercial Acumen and a visible leadership style to create safe and collaborative work teams. What We Offer Competitive salary package plus 30% site uplift plus super and project bonus.
