These awards are testament to our people building lasting relationships with our clients and understanding their needs. The Role Our Sydney office is made up of over 200 staff, including 23 Partners. We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Assistant Manager or Manager to join our Corporate Tax team, within the Accounting & Tax Division. Reporting to the Accounting & Tax Division's Partners, your key responsibilities will include : Managing a portfolio of the firm's Corporate Tax clients, including delivery of tax compliance services Assisting with tax consulting engagements and delivery of tailored tax advice to clients Reviewing tax provision calculations for audit clients Co-managing the corporate tax team, including providing direction and training to junior team members, and conducting regular team meetings Acting as a mentor and coach by conducting appraisals, goal setting and review, and ongoing staff development To be successful you will have : Experience in a similar role, ideally within a Big 4 or mid‑tier accounting firm A relevant degree in accounting or finance Proven corporate tax experience with relevant technical knowledge Clear and articulate communication skills Demonstrated organisational skills, analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent staff management and development skills Why HLB Mann Judd?
