Full-Time Team Leader Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist Location : Rockhampton Salary : $90,000 - $100,000 p.a. benefits, travel supported Lead grow and make meaningful impact in aged care across North Queensland. The Role We’re seeking an experienced Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist to step into a Team Leader role overseeing the delivery of Allied Health services across four residential aged care sites in Rockhampton, Bowen and Cairns. This leadership position combines direct clinical work with operational responsibilities and offers the opportunity to build your leadership capability within a growing values‑led organization. You will : Lead and support a small team of Allied Health clinicians across multiple sites Coordinate community service delivery and assist with the rollout of new service streams Oversee staff training and facilitate upskilling across clinical teams Support and facilitate a small clinical caseload in residential aged care (flexibility for remote work available) Work closely with the Aged Care Operations Manager to drive service quality and innovation Travel between sites as required (supported and reimbursed by the organization) About You We’re looking for a motivated and confident clinician ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll bring a strong foundation in aged care practice and a genuine interest in mentoring and supporting others. You will have : Full AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist Australian citizenship or permanent residency with full working rights Strong working knowledge of residential and community aged care including: AN-ACC Aged Care Quality Standards Reporting and documentation requirements under current legislation A collaborative approach and the ability to work independently across regions Previous experience in aged care leadership or a desire to move into this space Why Intrinsic Health Support to grow into leadership: Regular coaching check‑ins and professional development planning with senior leadership.
