Join a leading shopping centre management team as our Safety & Compliance Manager – a vital role ensuring the wellbeing of everyone who visits, works, or trades within our property. In this hands‑on role, you'll oversee workplace health and safety, emergency management, and regulatory compliance across the shopping centre and associated buildings. You'll work closely with tenants, contractors and service providers to ensure our operations are not only compliant but consistently meet safety and service expectations. Key focus areas Implementing and maintaining WHS and compliance systems. Conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations. Coordinating emergency response training and drills. Managing risk registers, contractor inductions and permits to work. Driving continuous improvement in safety culture and compliance performance. Candidate requirements Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of workplace health and safety experience. A Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety is a minimum requirement for this position. Essential requirement of 1-3 years of emergency management experience. Retail or commercial property compliance experience is highly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
