The Role As our Marketing Executive , you'll support the development and execution of the hotel's marketing strategies across digital, print, and experiential platforms. You'll work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to drive brand visibility, enhance guest engagement, and support revenue growth through innovative campaigns and storytelling. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns Manage content across social media platforms, website, and email marketing Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams for promotions and PR Monitor and report on campaign performance and analytics Support the creation of collateral for events, F&B outlets, and seasonal promotions Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity Assist with photography, videography, and content creation onsite About You Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field 2+ years' experience in a marketing role (hospitality or luxury brand experience highly regarded) Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail Passion for hospitality, travel, and luxury experiences What We Offer Work in one of Perth's most iconic luxury hotels Career development opportunities within an international hotel group A supportive and dynamic team culture Complimentary meals, dry cleaning, and hotel discounts globally An opportunity to shape the brand voice of a prestigious property Ready to Elevate Your Career?
