If so, read on… The Change Manager at Barwon Water will be responsible for championing a significant program of change across the business. You will coach and guide leaders and managers to own change, facilitating change management focus groups and providing strategic direction for the digital change currently underway. Working in collaboration with key stakeholders, you will highlight best practice in change methodologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability throughout the organisation. No two days will be the same as you form part of an empowered and supportive team culture; you advocate for change and uplift throughout Barwon Water, helping us to facilitate a smooth transition to a more modernised and efficient environment. About you You will be an independent problem solver, yet you thrive working collaboratively on key deliverables. A natural communicator, you enjoy influencing others through your creative and unique solutions. Your skills in project and change management will come to the fore as you lead and guide the business through vital change. As an agent for change, your continuous improvement outlook will be challenging for some so your ability to develop strategic and valued relationships will be key to your success in this role. You are self‑motivated to deliver milestones expected in this significant program of works. Your tertiary qualifications in business or IT will be put to the test in this complex and challenging role, but your experience rolling out similar business transformation projects will support your actions and recommendations.
