This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role – perfect for someone who’s not just good at setting frameworks, but actually enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting things done. What you’ll do: Lead the design and implementation of new governance frameworks, templates, and processes across a complex divisional portfolio. Rapidly uplift governance maturity and close audit gaps following recent structural changes. Deliver tangible outcomes within six months – this role is all about action, not theory. Partner with senior stakeholders to embed sustainable practices and set up the transition to a permanent owner post‑delivery. About you: You’ve done this before – deep experience in portfolio or project governance within insurance organisations, ideally in a PMO or transformation setting. You thrive on structure, clarity, and delivering results fast . You’re comfortable operating independently and influencing senior leaders. You enjoy being the “fixer” – brought in to steady the ship and leave things better than you found them.
