Salary packaging options. About the Position As a Team Leader in Field Services, you will lead and inspire a team to deliver high‑quality outcomes for our parks and reserves. Your focus will be on people leadership, planning, and creating a positive team culture, while ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Key Responsibilities Mentor and support your team to achieve excellence. Foster collaboration and a safe, inclusive work environment. Contribute to planning and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant legislation. About You Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for guiding teams. Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage resources effectively. Arboriculture knowledge is highly regarded but not essential – if you’re willing to learn, we’ll support you. Current Class MR Driver’s Licence and White Card (or willingness to obtain). Temporary Traffic Management Ticket Supervisory (TTM) (or willingness to obtain). Willingness to undertake a Police Check and pre‑employment medical assessment.
