About Us Location – Geelong, Melbourne Part‑time – 3 days per week The Role We’re seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our community‑based team, supporting adults in their homes and local communities. This role is open to both new graduates and experienced therapists , offering opportunities to develop skills, deliver client‑centred care, and make a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities Conduct occupational therapy assessments and deliver tailored interventions for adult clients. Support clients to achieve functional goals and greater independence in daily life. Develop and implement individualized therapy programs. Collaborate with clients, families, and external stakeholders (including NDIS support coordinators and community partners). Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with NDIS and organisational standards. Work flexibly across community visits and telehealth as required. About You Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration (new graduates welcome). Interest in community‑based adult therapy; experience is desirable but not essential for new graduates. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Organised, flexible, and able to work independently in community‑based settings. Current driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and relevant state/territory clearances.
