The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and experienced Physiotherapist with a strong interest and proven skillset in Pelvic Health to join our team. The successful candidate will lead and develop our Pelvic & Women’s Health service, integrating into our broader clinic and linked services. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive assessment, treatment and rehabilitation services in Women’s Pelvic Health (e.g., antenatal, postnatal, pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence) Provide Pregnancy, Birth & Postnatal Support (including gentle exercise programs, core/pelvis rehabilitation, return to sport/activity) Develop and implement individualised treatment plans and, eventually, group programmes or workshops in these domains Collaborate with GPs, obstetricians, urologists, paediatricians and other allied health professionals to deliver integrated care Contribute to the growth of the pelvic health service through patient education, marketing support and service innovation Maintain high standards of documentation, compliance with professional and privacy regulations, and participation in our mentoring/supervision system Envision and possibly include Men’s Pelvic & Prostate Health (e.g., post‑prostatectomy rehabilitation, urinary/sexual dysfunction) and Children’s Pelvic Health (e.g., paediatric pelvic floor, functional bladder/bowel issues) What We’re Looking For Registered Physiotherapist (AHPRA registered) with specific experience in pelvic health (women’s and pregnancy/postnatal care) Ideally able to service men’s and children’s pelvic health needs, but this is not essential Strong communication skills, culturally sensitive and able to engage clients from the Hills/Foothills community Enthusiastic about collaborating in a team‑focused clinic environment and contributing to service growth Commitment to ongoing professional development, with willingness to mentor junior staff or new graduates Flexible mindset regarding hours – the role can be tailored (e.g., part‑time/family‑friendly) while maintaining continuity of care Why Join Barnes & Co?
