Primary Care Support Coordinator

The Primary Care Support Coordinator is responsible for leading initiatives to support primary care providers. The role partners with general practices and other providers across the NT and drives projects that address issues related to sustainability, safety and quality of primary health care with a focus on improving health care outcomes. The role is also tasked to lead specific portfolios across priority areas including but limited to, immunisations, accreditation, MBS activities and Medicare reforms. The allocated portfolio may change based on business needs. ABOUT YOU If you are motivated and passionate about improving health outcomes in the Northern Territory, we would love to hear from you To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience and knowledge of the Australian Primary Health Care System, ability to work as part of a high-functioning team, excellent self‑leadership, time‑management and organisation skills, with demonstrated ability to work autonomously across multiple projects/programs and prioritise workload effectively.
