You’ll be supported and inspired every step of the way. What You’ll Do Deliver evidence-based therapy in environments that matter most to participants – homes, schools, workplaces, and communities. Empower participants to overcome barriers and achieve their personal goals. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to share ideas and create innovative solutions. Your First Year Includes Comprehensive Induction: Your first month is dedicated to building foundational skills and understanding interdisciplinary teamwork. 1:1 Clinical Supervision: Get personalised guidance from experienced mentors and supervisors to enhance your clinical confidence and skills. Structured Learning: Dive into both interdisciplinary and discipline-specific modules, covering the fundamentals of therapy planning, high-impact interventions, multi-modal communication, and managing complex behaviours.
