We are a national therapy services provider dedicated to helping NDIS participants – children, adolescents, and adults (0-65 years) – improve their access, development, independence, health, and wellbeing. Job Description As the AAA Psychology team grows, we are seeking a dedicated Provisional Psychologist to join our supportive and professional workplace within the NDIS space. You will work within a passionate multi-disciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and Exercise Physiologists. The primary role of the Provisional Psychologist is to support NDIS participants in line with AHPRA and NDIS regulations and client goals. Responsibilities include: Providing high-quality, evidence-based, and client-centred interventions professionally, confidentially, and culturally safely. Undertaking comprehensive assessments using clinical observations and standardized tools, interpreting findings to set treatment goals. Managing your caseload effectively. Supporting participants and stakeholders in developing and reviewing support plans. Collaborating with other health professionals and stakeholders regarding client care. Completing case notes, reports, and correspondence per standards, legislative, and ethical guidelines.
