A leading not-for-profit organisation is seeking a Business Analyst to support a major Privacy Act uplift program following recent regulatory changes. This is a high-impact role where your work will strengthen data protection, reduce organisational risk and support safe, high-quality service delivery to the community. This is a 12 month fixed term contract, starting in January 2026. What you’ll work on Contributing to the organisation’s Privacy Act remediation program as it transitions from discovery into delivery in early 2026. Eliciting, analysing and documenting requirements across privacy, data handling, information governance and risk. Collaborating with business owners, digital teams, operational leaders and external vendors. Creating user stories, process maps, integration requirements and solution options aligned to guiding technology principles. Supporting business cases, cost/benefit analysis and prioritisation. Assisting with testing activities including UAT, integration and security testing. About you You’re a strong generalist BA who can interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into clear, practical solutions. You communicate confidently, work collaboratively and build trust with senior stakeholders. 3+ years’ experience as a BA across technology, compliance or transformation projects. Strong capability in requirements elicitation, documentation and analysis. Experience working within established project frameworks (Agile and/or Waterfall). Ability to assess current-state processes and design future-state solutions. A proactive, adaptable style and commitment to quality and accountability. Why join the team?
