The Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of patient‑centred, evidence‑informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes. The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Demonstrated understanding of evidence‑informed practice and critical thinking. Demonstrated commitment to person‑centred care and NSW Health Core Values. Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team. Evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills, and willingness to apply and share professional expertise with colleagues. Evidence of computer literacy and understanding of relevant health‑related information systems. Is an experienced anaesthetic nurse with paediatric anaesthetic skills.
