Overview Join Advantaged Care Group as a Carer in Aged Care . We provide high‑quality, compassionate care across five aged care facilities, offering an inviting, calm environment for our residents. About the Role As a Care Service Companion , you will support residents with daily living activities, promote their independence, and maintain a welcoming, peaceful atmosphere. Part‑time and casual shifts are available, including mornings, afternoons, and nights. Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and medication as required. Promote resident independence and help maintain their dignity. Maintain a calm, welcoming environment and support residents’ well‑being. Follow best practice and safety protocols, including hygiene and infection control. Record observations and care activities accurately. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide person‑centred care. Qualifications & Experience Full working rights – no student visa or sponsorship required. Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent). Minimum 6 months of aged‑care experience preferred (not essential). Knowledge of the 8 aged‑care quality standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Hard‑working, flexible, and available to cover a range of shifts. Strong personal values: empathy, honesty, respect, loyalty.
