Job Overview The Rebelo Group is seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual with the ability to fulfill the role of Fresh Produce Manager at our Mullaloo IGA Store. The northern suburb store has a fast paced environment and we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced person to assist with maintaining our strong in-store standards. The successful candidate should look forward to supporting our existing Fresh Produce team and assist in growing our successful business. The Manager position will be responsible for the day to day running of the produce section of the store. Responsibilities Restock and maintain the presentation of the fresh produce section Manage markdowns and wastage Order the needs for this department Have a strong customer focus with a desire to satisfying customers’ requests and needs as your number one priority Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Have excellent leadership skills to assist with training and developing a new team Qualifications Suitable candidates must have an ability to work in a cold environment and have no restrictions with respect to lifting up to 10kg. A minimum of 1 year’s experience in working in or managing a Fresh Produce Department, and have knowledge of the SmartRetail and LastYard software program would be advantageous. This is a full time position, 40 hours a week requiring early starts and weekends. #J-18808-Ljbffr
